Not satisfied? Here’s what we can do.
If something’s not quite right, we want to hear about it. Please head over to our Contact page and let us know why you’d like to return or exchange your item. Be sure to include your order number (you’ll find it in your confirmation email and on the packing slip that came with your product).
Once we review your request, we’ll ask you to ship the item back. If you’re requesting an exchange, we’ll issue a refund so you can repurchase the item in your preferred style or size.
We’re a small team and handle everything with care, so returns and exchanges may take a little longer than they would with a big-box brand. We appreciate your patience. 🤎
Shipping Times & Order Confirmation
You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking info once your order ships.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your item heads out the door. As a small business we’re working hard to get everything to you as quickly as possible. Thanks for being patient with us.
Do you offer international shipping?
As of right now, we don't offer international shipping. As a small business, navigating the different taxes, customs policies, and shipping costs across countries can be complex and costly. That said, it’s something we absolutely want to expand into in the future.
We’re so grateful for the interest and support from beyond the U.S., and we’re working towards making bloom + thread more accessible globally. Stay tuned!
